By using the Website, the person doing so (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) agrees to be bound by and to comply with these Terms of Use and any additional or amended terms of use that DocFox Africa may prescribe from time to time. ONLINE SERVICES
The services offered by DocFox Africa as detailed on the Website are governed by separate terms and conditions that shall be made available by DocFox Africa to the User as and when required. Should the User wish to make use of any of the services offered by DocFox Africa a separate agreement shall be entered into between the User and DocFox Africa. In the event of conflict between these Terms of Use and the aforesaid separate terms and conditions, the provisions of the aforesaid separate terms and conditions shall prevail to the extent of any conflict. -

DocFox Africa makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the Website, or the accuracy, correctness or completeness of the content included on the Website, although DocFox Africa shall endeavour to update the information contained on the Website regularly and to offer information which is both correct and current. DocFox Africa cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracy, error, omission, or misrepresentation contained on its Website.
- Whilst DocFox Africa has taken reasonable measures to ensure the integrity of the Website and its contents, no warranty, whether express or implied, is given that any files, downloads or applications available via the Website are free of malware (which could include but is not limited to viruses, worms, Trojans, ransomware, spyware, time-locks or any other malicious program or code which has the ability to corrupt or affect the operation of the User’s system).
