Job description:

Analysing, interpreting, and understanding data is a crucial part of our business, therefore we are looking for a self-motivated individual that can take initiative and work with the management team as well as development team to enhance the value of data across the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Ops management and liaise with the development team regarding business data.
  • Collect, process, structure and analyse data into business value across multiple divisions.
  • Perform recurring internal validation audits.
  • Identify areas of improvement and automating data to enhance business efficiency.
  • Build dashboards/reports for visualisation of data.
  • Present findings and insights to the management team.
  • Oversee implementation of new business processes and systems automation.
  • Additional duties will depend on immediate management priority.

Requirements:

  • Relevant degree (Computer science, Information management, Statistics or Mathematics).
  • Minimum of 1-year relevant work experience.

Skills:

  • Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
  • Advanced Excel Skills.
  • Technical expertise – databases & reporting packages.
  • Experience of statistical methodologies.
  • Data visualisation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
